A idéia é mostrar a sensualidade de cada tattoo, revelando a personalidade e estilo de quem as carrega. Os detalhes são muito bem trabalhados e marcantes, e tudo tem muita sensibilidade para deixar o trabalho feminino, atraente, ousado e ao mesmo tempo bem delicado.

A proposta de Bressane é que futuramente esses ensaios façam parte de um livro e uma exposição, com estréia programada para 2012, na galeria de arte do Soul Tattoo.

I’ve been thinking about a jellyfish since I was a sophomore right after I got right after I got my first tattoo. I decided to get a jellyfish because it’s my favorite animal and its meaning to me is calm and going with the flow.

I got this done in April by Billy Toler at Cherrybomb tattoos in New Port Richey, Florida. It’s based off the painting called “The Devil Whale”, also an old legend. It has a lot of meaning to me and I love it.

The portrait is of my father, who passed away when I was four. We were really, really close and I was daddy’s little girl, so I got the tattoo as a symbolism that he will always be with me (even if I get married someday, he will be there walking me down the aisle, you know…).

The butterfly I want to get covered, because it’s too common and cliche (I got it done when I was too young and didn’t think about the meaning it should have)

 Both done by Rogério at Pocca Tattoo, Uberaba – Minas Gerais, Brazil. (The ink they use is amazing. It’s made in here, but they’re exporting. I got that butterfly seven years ago and never had to come back to do a retouch)
